With over 22 years of Dispute Resolution, Organisational Development and Training experience spanning various industries, Andrew has worked with a number of large companies and government agencies at all  three levels,  including Telstra, Education Queensland; Justice and Attorney Generals Department; Defence force; Federal Police, as well as a range of small businesses and non-profits including law Firms, Schools and medical practices.

Andrew has taught mediation and alternative Dispute Resolution Services for practitioners at Dispute Resolution Branch, Department Justice and Attorney Generals, one of Australia’s leaders in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, since 2005. He has Coached and Mentored fourth and fifth year law students at Griffith Law School since 2007, as well as a number of leading Mediation and Dispute Resolution practitioners and lawyers. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor on a number of company boards Leadership development and Dispute Management.
