In delivering on our strategy we are focused on our core markets of Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns and Mount Isa, where we provide a comprehensive range of products and services that assist us in meeting all the organisational capability and workplace dispute resolution services needs of our customers. With our reputation in these markets, and highly skilled team, our focus is on organic growth, growing customer numbers in our chosen markets and building stronger and deeper customer relationships.

A key element of this approach is our human resources, dispute resolution and consulting services which enables us to appeal to a broader range of customers, and provides us with the strategic flexibility to offer solutions that better meet individual customer needs.

In implementing this strategy, we seek to grow customer numbers in chosen segments and increase the number of products and services per customer with a specific focus on consulting, training and development cross sell.

While continuing to build the business, the challenging economic environment has required us to focus on strengthening our market position, while at the same time improving efficiency. This strengthening has involved streamlining and simplifying our product and services, increasing our brand awareness, while maintaining a high level of customers service.
