Summary Andrew is a nationally accredited mediator and facilitator, practicing in the field of Dispute Resolution and Human Resource Management (HRM) for over 24 years. He has completed post graduate studies in Negotiating Legal and Commercial Disputes; Workplace Conflict Resolution, Alternative Dispute Resolution Practices; Restorative Justice; and Organisational Facilitation.

To complement his HRM practical skills, in 2012 Andrew completed post graduate studies in Organisational Change; Performance Management Systems; Advanced HR Development; and HRM Strategy. He is also a qualified workplace trainer and assessor. With expertise in the government, corporate and private sectors, he has a primary focus on improving individual performance and group communication skills.

Andrew has worked in the fields of organisational capability enhancement and has been involved in change management projects for Government, Educational Institutions and Local Councils. Andrew is regularly called upon to facilitate community reference groups in transport corridor projects and negotiating outcomes between organisations at high levels.
